SPADEX

Published On:

•SPADEX is the first space docking trial conducted by India that will showcase independent docking ability between two spacecraft on the way. This is the crucial technology for unborn space operations.

•The experiment consists of two small, specially designed space vehicles - one acting as a chaser and the other as a target. It is meant to be able to conduct independent rendezvous and docking in the low Earth route.

•The technology developed through SPADEX is essential for unborn space conditioning like refueling satellites, space station operations, and transfer of astronauts between vehicles in space.

Private Member Bills in India

•Any Member of Parliament( MP), who is not a minister in the government, can introduce what is called a Private Member's Bill. These bills could be introduced in either the Lok Sabha or the Rajya Sabha, but again only on designated days and mostly on Fridays.

•The process of preface and blessing is similar to government bills they have to go through colourful stages like preface, discussion, voting, and blessing by both houses of Parliament. However, they carry a month's notice before being prefaced and face much advanced scrutiny.

•Private Member Bills historically have a veritably low success rate. Since independence, only 14 Private Member Bills have been passed by Parliament. This is primarily because the government party generally does n't support bills introduced by opposition members, and there is limited time allocated for their discussion.

•Following his presidency, Carter emerged as a leader in his philanthropic activity through the Carter Center, which he founded in 1982. His efforts to build human rights, end complain, and enhance republic around the world made him a Nobel Peace Prize laureate in 2002, making Carter the only U.S. president ever to win the Nobel Peace Prize after leaving office.

•He was one of the longest-living American chairmen and held the record for the longest post-presidency in U.S. history. Carter remained laboriously engaged in philanthropic causes and tactfulness well into his 90s, including structure homes with Habitat for Humanity and serving as an transnational election examiner.
