 Rafah border

• Strategic position- Rafah is the major border crossing point between Egypt and Gaza, which makes it the strategic gateway for philanthropic aid, medical inventories, and mercenary movement. It's the only entry/ exit point to Gaza that is not controlled by Israel.

•Philanthropic importance- Throughout the Israel- Hamas war that started in October 2023, Rafah was highly critical as it was the main route through which life-saving philanthropic aid was delivered to Gaza's mercenary population and also evacuated wounded Palestinians and foreigners.

• Refugee focus To date, early 2024, Rafah has become a focal point of humanitarian concern, with more than a million Palestinians seeking refuge there after being displaced from other corridor of Gaza. This has created grueling conditions with large figures of people concentrated in a fairly small area.

 Mount Taranaki

• location and geography- Mount Taranaki, otherwise known as Mount Egmont is an extinct stratovolcano standing on New Zealand's North Island in the region of Taranaki. This near-perfect cone stands 2,518 measures tall at 8,261 bases, and many draw comparisons with Japan's Mount Fuji because of the symmetry.

• Cultural significance- The mountain holds deep spiritual and artistic significance to the original Māori people, particularly the Taranaki iwi( lines). According to Māori tradition, Taranaki formerly abided in the central North Island but fled to its current position after losing a battle with another mountain over the love of a womanish mountain.

•Defended status- The mountain and its girding area comprise Egmont National Park, established in 1900. The demesne is remarkable for its ideal indirect boundary, which creates a dramatic contrast between the defended native timber around the mountain and the surrounding cropland girdling, observable from space itself.
