•Jallikattu is a traditional bull- reining sport that has been rehearsed thousands of times in Tamil Nadu, India, especially during the Pongal crop jubilee. The sport entails releasing a bull into a crowd of actors who essay to snare and hold onto the bull's hump for a specified distance or time to win prizes.
•The sport has been a matter of much controversy and legal tussle in India. Beast rights activists have claimed it is a form of atrocity to animals, which is why the Supreme Court banned it in 2014. However, following heavy protests in Tamil Nadu that called for the cultural importance of the sport, the state enacted legislation in 2017 to ensure its survival with certain restrictions and safeguards.
• Despite the regulations, Jallikattu remains dangerous for both mortal actors and bulls. The sport requires significant skill and courage from actors, who must face important bulls without munitions. ultramodern Jallikattu events have strict rules about bull treatment, obligatory safety preventives for actors, and veterinary checks for the bulls to insure their weal.
Bankruptcy and insolvency

In India, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code( IBC) of 2016 integrated colorful laws and created a uniform frame for resolving bankruptcy.
•The IBC introduced much-needed reforms: resolution process was now time- bound, which had to be concluded within 180 days and was extendable to 270 days; it constituted the National Company Law Tribunal as the adjudging authority; it created Insolvency Resolution Professionals, who were given the task of managing the resolution process. This law prioritized resolution over liquidation to maximize value and keep the businesses going concerns whenever possible.
•The procedure is mainly under two methods Commercial Bankruptcy Resolution Process( CIRP) for firms and Limited Liability hookups, and Individual ruin process for individualities and hookups. During CIRP, the management control is given to the IRP, legal proceeding is stayed, and creditors constitute a commission to calculate plans of resolution, with liquidation being the final step if the resolution is not successful.
